What we can help with
Billing and subscriptions
Questions about a Gbox Coach subscription, a charge you do not recognize, or canceling. Coach is purchased on the web and managed from the app under Settings, Manage subscription.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and its data from inside Gbox under Settings. If you cannot reach that screen, email us and we will handle the deletion for you.
Bugs and feedback
Something broken, a workout that did not save, or a feature you want. Tell us what happened and what you expected, and include your device and app version if you have them.
In the app
Gbox has a Help and support screen under Settings where you can open a case and track our replies without leaving the app. Email works just as well if you would rather not sign in.
