These Terms of Service govern your use of the Gbox mobile apps and the web app at garagebox.fit (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Gbox is a workout logging and tracking tool. It does not provide medical, health, or professional fitness advice. Workouts you log, generate, or interpret through the Service are for informational purposes only. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise program, and train within your own limits. You assume all risk associated with your physical training.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service, including workouts, results, photos, equipment lists, and support messages. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or contains malicious code.
The Service can interpret workout board photos and typed workout text into structured workouts using AI. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review AI-generated workouts before relying on them; you are responsible for verifying loads, movements, and rep schemes before training.
You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Settings → Login & security → Delete account, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the Service or other users at risk.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep records of results that matter to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gbox and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for personal injury arising from your training, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
