Gbox // Account
Delete your account
You can delete your Gbox account and its data at any time. Gbox is made by SmrtBit LLC.
In the app
- Open Gbox and sign in.
- Tap your profile photo to open Profile.
- Open Login & security, then Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm. Email accounts also enter their password.
Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.
Can't sign in?
Email us and ask us to delete your account. We will email the address on the account to confirm before we delete anything.
What is deleted
- Your profile and personal information
- Your workout history, personal records, and benchmark scores
- Your equipment list
- Your photos, including scanned workout boards
- Your notifications and leaderboard entries
- Your Coach subscription, which is canceled
What is kept
Support records
Our support system keeps your name, email address, and the support requests you sent until you ask us to delete them. Email us and we will remove them.
